Laura Dooge sings the timeless songs from the Great American Songbook, translating the analogue romance of the past to the here and now. You would almost forget that these songs were written in the 1930's: we still have "a crush on you" and sometimes smoke a little too much "at the end of a love affair". The incredible band and exciting guest soloists bring back to life the jazz clubs where Ella Fitzgerald and Sarah Vaughan enchanted the audience with their virtuosity and story-telling. A joyous and light-hearted show that will have you leave on cloud nine.
